In 2002, FBMP began expansion into the Nashville and Chattanooga areas. Four Retail Lending offices in the Tennesseemarket were added in 2011. The acquisition of Henger Rast Mortgage in June of 2011 expanded the footprint to Alabama and Georgia. Today our Retail Lending Team has more than 16 locations with representatives in Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia.
In September of 2011, the Reverse Mortgage Division was created to assist homeowners age 62 years and older improve the quality of life in retirement. Today our Reverse Mortgage division has more than 22 locations with representatives in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee and Missouri as well as North Central and South Florida.
In January 2012, the FirstBank Mortgage Partner Services division launched by opening a fulfillment center in Greer, South Carolina. Today the division is active in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
