We have received numerous alerts that there is a fraudulent text being sent stating: “FRM: [Any bank name] Alerts, SUBJ: CALL (832)501-2004, MSG:#ID:9et0d, #DebitCard-Locked!” This is not coming from any bank.
If you have received this text, please do not respond and delete immediately. If you have clicked the link, we encourage you to log out of your account and change your password immediately.
As a reminder: FirstBank will never call, text or email customers unsolicited for personal information, including but not limited to your Social Security, PIN and account numbers, or authentication codes. If you receive a call, text or email and are unsure if it is FirstBank, you do NOT release your information. Hang up and verify with us at (800) 413-4211 or call your local branch.
