FirstBank’s new digital banking platform is now live and you will need to conduct your First-Time Login as the previous online banking system and mobile app are no longer available. You can do this either via the new Mobile App or Online Banking and the login credentials will sync to both. CHECK BALANCES

Check your latest account balance and search and tag recent transactions by date, amount, or check number.

MAKE PAYMENTS

Make payments, check recent payments, and view/cancel scheduled payments.

TRANSFER FUNDS

Easily transfer cash between your accounts.

TAG TRANSACTIONS

Keep your transactions organized by adding tags, notes and photos of receipts and checks.

SIMPLIFY YOUR FINANCES

Connect accounts from other financial institutions to your FirstBank Mobile App or Online Banking.

LOCATIONS

Find nearby branches & ATMs using your phone’s built in GPS. You can also search by zip code or branch address.

ADD, MANAGE AND PAY BILLS

Pay bills online to save time, envelopes and stamps with this optional service on your Online Banking account. You can pay bills safely using your mobile device anytime, anywhere instead of waiting until you get home. You must be enrolled in both Online Banking and BillPay to use the Mobile App for paying bills. Once enrolled, you can access BillPay on the mobile app.

DEPOSIT CHECKS

With Mobile Deposit, you can leave the car keys in your pocket and pull out your smart phone instead. Snap a picture of your check, and make the deposit using only your phone. You’ll receive confirmation your deposit has been securely submitted. Make deposits until 4 p.m. CT and have access to your funds the next business day, excluding holds.

DEBIT CARD CONTROLS

From the dashboard screen, you can turn your debit card off if you lose it and back on when you find it, report it lost or stolen, and order and activate a new card.

TRAVEL NOTICES

Now you can set up travel notices by entering your destinations and travel dates without calling the bank!

FirstBank’s Personal Digital Banking is available to all FirstBank customers. Once you open a FirstBank checking account, you will immediately be able to download our free Mobile App and complete the self enrollment process. Or if you prefer, you can do your initial enrollment through Online Banking at FirstBankOnline.com. STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE FREE APP

If you are doing your first-time login via the Mobile App, the first step is to download the FirstBank Personal Banking app for your Apple or Android device (tablet or phone). There is no cost to enroll in mobile banking from FirstBank. However, your mobile service provider may apply standard rates depending on your data plan. Click the icons below or search for “FirstBank Personal Banking” and download the app.

STEP 2: FIRST-TIME USER? ENROLL NOW

From the login screen of the Mobile App or Online Banking, you will select first-time user to enroll. You will be prompted to enter information to confirm your identity.

STEP 3: SELECT 2FA METHOD

The next step is to select your Two-Factor Authentication Method (2FA) or Two-Step Verification by sending yourself a code via text, automated phone call or Authy app. After you enter your code, your Two-Step Verification for your account is now enabled.

STEP 4: ACCEPT USER AGREEMENT

Upon the first-time login, you must accept the user agreement.

STEP 5: CREATE CREDENTIALS

Create username and password. Once accepted, your customer dashboard will display. You will use these same login credentials for Online Banking.

You are now enrolled in mobile banking!
