Pay bills online to save time, envelopes and stamps with this optional service on your Online Banking account. You can pay bills safely using your mobile device anytime, anywhere instead of waiting until you get home. You must be enrolled in both Online Banking and BillPay to use the Mobile App for paying bills. Once enrolled, you can access BillPay on the mobile app.
With Mobile Deposit, you can leave the car keys in your pocket and pull out your smart phone instead. Snap a picture of your check, and make the deposit using only your phone. You’ll receive confirmation your deposit has been securely submitted. Make deposits until 4 p.m. CT and have access to your funds the next business day, excluding holds.

The FirstBank Mobile App is for FirstBank Online Banking users. If you are not an existing user, you will need to sign up prior to starting this process. Enroll in Online Banking with just a few easy steps, and start taking advantage of our secure online services. Your accounts are as safe online as they are in the vault.
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE FREE APP
Once enrolled in Online Banking you will download the free FirstBank mobile app on your mobile device designed for your Apple or Android device (tablet or phone). There is no cost to enroll in mobile banking from FirstBank. However, your mobile service provider may apply standard rates depending on your data plan. Click the icons below or search for “FirstBank TN,” and download the app.
STEP 2: LOG IN TO ONLINE BANKING
- Log into Online Banking
- Click on the “Mobile Banking” tab
- Review and accept the disclaimer
- Enter your username, mobile phone number and password
You can select your unique username and password. These can be different from your online banking username and password.
STEP 3: COMPLETE YOUR ENROLLMENT
Look for a text message confirming your enrollment in mobile and text banking.
You are now enrolled in mobile banking!
