Security alerts help you stay on top of your accounts and catch fraud early.
FirstBank makes it easy to keep your accounts safe and be on guard against overspending, identity theft and fraud. You can set up customizable alert notifications to monitor everything from available balances to unusual card activity. If you receive an alert on your account, you can immediately confirm if the purchases are valid. You can customize email, text and in-app message alerts so you know what’s going on with your account and can take action when needed.
Get account alerts on the go!
You can set up alerts to help watch your money closely without having to log in to Online Banking or the Mobile Banking app. With mobile alerts, you can get personalized account information whenever and wherever you want it. If you want to receive alerts via your mobile phone, you can enable this service under Settings from either Online Banking or your Mobile App. You can enable or disable the types of alerts you’d like to receive. For example, if there is an Online Banking Login Error under your account, we can alert you. If your balance falls below a specific amount or if a transaction exceeds a certain amount, we can alert you.

There is no cost to use mobile alerts, but standard carrier fees for text messaging may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier if you aren’t sure what fees apply when you send and receive text messages.
