CRA Performance Evaluation

FirstBank is committed to serving and positively impacting the financial well-being of consumers, businesses, and the communities we serve. We are pleased to provide information for public inspection under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). In compliance with the requirements of the Community Reinvestment Act, the following information must be maintained in a public file, current as of April 1 of each year.

  • Includes: Public Comments received for the current year and each of the prior two calendar years that specifically relate to the Bank’s performance in helping to meet community credit needs within communities served.
  • Includes: Copy of the FirstBank’s most recent CRA Performance Evaluation. FirstBank’s last CRA Performance was performed in 2022 by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and received an institutional rating of Satisfactory.
  • Includes: A list of the FirstBank’s branches, their street addresses, and geographies, including hours of operation.
  • Includes: A list of branches opened and closed by FirstBank during the current year and each of the prior two calendar years.
  • Includes: Descriptions of consumer products & services, business products & services and transaction fees & cost of services.
  • Includes: Maps and geographical information of FirstBank’s facility-based assessment areas.
  • Includes: As a large financial institution, CRA and HMDA Disclosure Statements are prepared annually by FirstBank’s regulator. The disclosure statements contain information about loans and population income levels for each county where the bank operates.     Interested parties can review the data provided and print hard copies of documents as needed. To request a printed copy of our CRA Public File, please email: crafairlendingcompliance@firstbankonline.com. Please note that we may charge a reasonable fee to cover copying and mailing expenses.
