As Head of Retail Banking, Ali Ayca leads the strategic direction, sales performance, customer experience and overall growth of FirstBank’s retail banking division.

In this role, Ali is focused on building a customer-centric culture, working closely with leadership teams to drive sustainable growth, enhance customer relationships and deliver strong business results. He believes in delivering trusted solutions to FirstBank customers and investing in our communities.

Previously, Ali served as Senior Vice President, Head of Sales, within the Retail Banking team at First Horizon Bank, responsible for the sales and customer experience strategy for over 400 Financial Centers. Prior to joining First Horizon in 2016, he served with Capital Bank as the Retail Banking Executive for the Community Markets and the Consumer Market Executive for Middle Tennessee. He’s also held regional retail bank leadership roles at Bank of America in Rochester, New York, and Nashville, Tennessee.

Ali earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Walden University and attended Edinboro University in Pennsylvania.

Ali resides in Franklin, Tennessee, with his family.
