Burks Ranked Among Nation’s Top Originators

FirstBank recently recognized Brandon Burks for ranking as a Scotsman Guide 2017 Top Originator and Best Lender Tennessee.
Burks was acknowledged for his work in 2017, originating more than $80 million and closing 364 loans on an average of approximately $20,000 per loan.
Scotsman Guide, the leading resource for mortgage originators, released its ninth annual Top Originators rankings. The list, which ranks the nation’s top mortgage bankers, appears in Scotsman Guide’s April 2018 residential edition.
Burks was ranked among entries from more than 3,000 mortgage professionals across the country. To be eligible for initial consideration in Scotsman Guide’s Top Originators rankings, mortgage bankers must have had at least $40 million in loan volume or 100 closed home loans for the 2017 calendar year.
