Former HCA Healthcare CEO Milton Johnson Joins FirstBank Board

FirstBank has added a high-profile name to its board of directors.
Former HCA Healthcare Inc. (NYSE: HCA) Chairman and CEO Milton Johnson has been named to the board of the Nashville bank’s holding company, FB Financial Corp. (NYSE: FBK).
“Milton brings to our board of directors a wealth of knowledge and a track record of success through his decades of leadership,” said Chris Holmes, FirstBank president and CEO, in a news release. “His involvement will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the bank’s growth and success.”
