This portal enables government agencies, law firms, and other authorized requestors to submit subpoenas, levies and garnishment orders and securely upload produced documents.
Important: Subpoenas that name FirstBank or any FirstBank entity as a party must not be submitted through this portal.

Electronic Service of Process via ServePort™

FirstBank uses ServePort™ as our preferred platform for receiving service of process, including garnishments, levies, subpoenas, and search warrants. Electronic service enhances the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of legal document handling.

How to Serve Documents Electronically:

1. Visit https://app.serveport.com/serve/firstbank and enter your email address to receive a PIN.

2. Select the document type you are serving and complete the brief form.

3. After submission, ServePort™ will send a confirmation that your request has been received.

Jurisdiction Notice

Legal documents issued outside the State of Tennessee—including subpoenas and garnishments—do not carry jurisdiction in Tennessee and must be domesticated in Tennessee before submission through ServePort™
