Overdraft Protection Options
We help to fill in the gaps, so you can keep your cash flow strong. Two options are available for your convenience!
- Automatic Draft*: Links another FirstBank account to your personal checking account, and transfers funds to cover all types of overdrafts: ATM withdrawals, one-time debit card transactions, checks and bill payment transactions.
- Line of Credit**: A transfer from the line of credit to cover all types of overdrafts: ATM withdrawals, one-time debit card transactions, checks and bill payment transactions.
*$5.00 per transfer. Up to six transfers allowed per statement cycle to another account within the same financial institution from a Savings or Money Market Account.
**Some restrictions may apply. Subject to Truth in Lending and credit underwriting requirements. Not available on all accounts types.
FB Alerts, our new debit card fraud alert system, keep an eye on your transactions. If we see something unusual, we will ask you to confirm the purchase. You get a text asking if you made the purchase. You reply with a text back. It’s simple, quick and easy.
